To widen participation across the MENA region, MENAGEN organizes annual webinar series sponsored by the Babson Global Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (BGCEL). This series comprises a professional and research development virtual program where established scholars as well as early career researchers showcase their gender and entrepreneurship research relevant to the Arab world. The webinar series also offers a platform for a regional, discipline-based, peer support network, recognizing the importance of researchers’ well-being, work-life balance, stress management, and academic career journeys.
